TypeScriptOutDir !

I have tried to use option <TypeScriptOutDir>out</TypeScriptOutDir> to set output directory for generated js files. tsc correctly generates files in out directory but then I get errors like this:

error MSB3030: Could not copy the file "app.js" because it was not found.

Is looks like that NTVS tries to copy js file to obj/Debug, but it looks for this file at wrong location.

Is there any workaround, because I would like to have all outputs in single folder so that solution is clean and it is also easier to configure gitignore.

hello! I had the same problem recently and found the answer on this link in the last post
The problem was that he had downloaded the project folder and had pasted directly from the home folder of the new project from visual studio.
Simply cut out the contents of the downloaded folder and paste one level to up.
